I shared a little about some recent programs I’ve attended and some reflections on the anniversary of my mother’s passing in 2022.
Linda shared her thoughts about these kinds of gatherings based on her experience with a heart-wrenching tragedy over 40 years ago.
The discussion circled back to the joyful side with an appreciation for our work to create family memories now. Linda’s eyes twinkled as she shared plans for a family reunion this long weekend in Canada.

Each month, I welcome Projectkin members to share their stories with our community as part of a monthly cohort. I start each share at or around the end of the month. Since we’ll celebrate Memorial Day here in the US on the last Monday of this month, I’ve decided to focus our cohort on stories of military experiences worldwide. Have a story to share?
