“How to Add Magic Pixie Dust to Your Family Story, Too!” A recording of a presentation delivered to the Northwest Indiana Genealogical Society (NWIGS) on Feb 15, 2025
Haha. That’s exactly how I got to your post…by clicking and finding myself in what I thought was a live chat. I actually went back and forth between them. It was a fascinating experience. Just happy I kept watching. Thanks for the info.
Hi @Barbara at Projectkin 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I didn’t realize I was watching a live presentation. I thought I stumbled across a recording. It was awesome!!!! I learned so much. I was/am fascinated by Cabinet Cards. I have quite a few of my family, and need to do more research to add to the oral and written histories I have of these ancestors. Please give me the name of that archive website. I thought I’d remember it but not fully. I have many questions. I will digest the presentation, write down the questions, and send you a note. I really enjoyed the discussion. Thank you.
Archive… I’m guessing you’re referring to my mention of the WeAre Archive, you’ll find that at weare.xyz. I might also have referred to the internet archive you’ll find at Archive.org.
Thank you, @Dr. Mary M. Marshall. It’s always lovely to see you here.

Aw shucks. Though Substack makes it oddly difficult to click through to the post, you’ll see it is a recording from a live presentation to the NWIGS group in February. Here’s the link to the post. https://open.substack.com/pub/projectkin/p/nwigs-cabinet-card?r=2tc6pc&utm_medium=ios
