We talked briefly about the American TikTok ban that wasn’t (or at least not yet) #GenealogyTok, (

The key takeaway was the complications of archives and backups when you use cloud services.That also led to a conversation about my post about social media and saying goodbye to X and Meta properties, and the complexity of that when you have deep roots in a community and extensive collections of documents and media on these platforms.
