Great inaugural Project Festival! And a fantastic question you pose regarding who is our target audience for our projects if we don't have children or family to share them with.

Just getting around to watching this now and wow, fabulous! Each presenter brought something new and interesting and inspirational, sparking ideas on how I can incorporate similar projects or structure into my family history research and sharing efforts. I was especially excited by the diary ideas - totally love the parallel stories of the mother daughter experiences.

And the WWI project wowzer. Imagine the impact of a film in which the journey of the soldier is traced on period maps, and at each point referenced in the diary you stop and read from the diary itself or military/Red cross reports, putting the audience in the moment at the place. Hauntingly powerful.

I look forward to follow-ups on all these great projects at some point.

Terrific job, y’all 🤩
