Today's preview of Emma’s presentation next Thursday gave us a sneak peek into Sir John Parker Mosley and his remarkable family, plus a fun wander into a range of topics from archiving to Pooh.
Barbara and Emma this was such a joyous conversation to listen to. I do hope to find a connection between Emma and our Cox family but so far it's looking unlikely. As a huge Winnie the Pooh fan I loved hearing about where Emma lives. Looking forward to Emma Explores next week.
Interesting session @Emma - Journey's into Genealogy and @Barbara at ProjectKin. When I heard mention of the Mosley family, I immediately thought of the famous (well notorious is probably a better word) Oswald Mosley. Is he a descendent of Sir John Parker Mosley? On the subject of Substack Export, I have an appointment with myself in my diary to export on the 1st day of every month.
Yes, @Anne’s Family History and @Jane Chapman I WAS talking about you two here in my reference to Stories250 and your wonderful posts. Thank you for all you’ve done in support of this effort. 🥰
Thanks @Barbara at Projectkin I have only just managed to find time to watch your live session with Emma … I got a bit side-tracked this morning making muffins and pots of tea and coffee for unexpected visitors! Thank you for mentioning me in relation to Stories250. It is a fabulous project and it has been really interesting reading the various contributions. I am amazed at how many @Anne’s Family History has come up with!
